As we reach children with the good news, we also make sure they are rooted in Christ through discipleship and mentorship for six months or more. Our strategic objectives include training young leaders.

To pair children and young people with godly mentors who disciple them relationally — building faith, character, confidence, and life skills through consistent, personal investment.
What We Do
Beyond classroom teaching, real transformation happens in relationship. Discipleship & Mentorship connects children and youth with trained mentors who walk alongside them through the ordinary and difficult seasons of growing up.
Focus Areas
- One-on-one and small-group mentorship matching.
- Life coaching and character development.
- Mentor training and accountability structures.
- Support for at-risk and vulnerable children.
- Transition support as mentees grow into young leaders.
Our Approach
We train mentors in biblical discipleship and practical life-coaching skills, then walk with both mentor and mentee to make sure the relationship bears lasting fruit.
